Hannah Bridge is a 105-foot Howe truss covered bridge spanning Thomas Creek near Scio in Linn County, Oregon. Built in 1936, it carries Burmester Creek Road and is one of three remaining covered bridges crossing Thomas Creek, part of a remarkable cluster of historic structures that exemplify the region's engineering heritage.

Named for John Joseph Hannah, a pioneering settler who arrived in Oregon in 1853 and established a thriving land claim between Thomas Creek and Bilyeu Creek, the bridge represents the continuity of rural infrastructure serving agricultural communities across generations. It remains open to vehicle traffic and is part of the popular covered bridge tour route in the Willamette Valley.

Hannah Bridge was constructed in 1936 using the Howe truss system during the period when this design dominated covered bridge construction across Oregon's river valleys. The engineering of the Howe truss—combining timber compression members with iron tension rods—proved ideally suited to the region's abundant Douglas fir timber and local building practices.

The bridge is named after John Joseph Hannah, a pioneer who arrived in the Willamette Valley in 1853 and claimed 151 acres between Thomas Creek and Bilyeu Creek. Hannah established one of the first sawmills in the area, contributing to the early industrial development that supported community growth and agricultural expansion.

Hannah Bridge is one of three historic bridges crossing Thomas Creek. Its companions — Gilkey Bridge and Shimanek Bridge — represent distinct design periods and building techniques, with Hannah Bridge's 1936 construction date placing it between the later Gilkey Bridge (1939) and the earlier Shimanek Bridge (1921). Together, they form one of Oregon's most significant concentrations of covered bridge architecture.
